1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slice 4 You, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order unless explicitly marked as "Ready to Ship".
Production times are estimates and may vary due to complexity or volume.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Order confirmations are sent by email after successful payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars). We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship from Canada to customers worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Defective items will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost if reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting a custom design, you confirm you own or have rights to it. You grant us a license to produce it for your order. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slice 4 You is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
